A simple, tasty dessert treat made by combining Tim Tam biscuit crumb, cream cheese and Tasmanian Moonshine Company Cold Drip Espresso Coffee Liqueur, rolling into snack size balls and coating in rich chocolate.
Cold Drip Espresso Coffee Liqueur
2 Packets Tim Tams
250g Cream Cheese
375g Milk Buttons Cooking Chocolate (we used a selection of Milk Chocolate, White Chocolate and Dark Chocolate)
Break Tim Tams into crumbs and mix Tim Tam crumb with cream cheese and Cold Drip Espresso Coffee Liqueur until combined.
Scoop about a tablespoon of mixture and roll into balls.
Melt chocolate buttons, coat crumb mix balls with your selected chocolate then pop in the fridge for 1 hour to set.
Try not to eat them all in a single sitting!
